Return & Refund Policy – Golfen Club

All products sold by Golfen Club are made to order using a Print on Demand service (Gelato). For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.

Eligible returns

We only accept returns or refunds if:

• The product arrives damaged

• The product has a manufacturing defect

• The wrong item was received

How to request a return

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, we will offer either:

• A free replacement, or

• A full refund

You do not need to return the defective product.
